Our client is a tier 1 and leading firm, their purpose is to make a positive impact with their work. The role will provide you with the opportunity to work on a diverse and attractive range of national and international corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital and private equity deals.
Job Descriptions:
Firm offers a wide range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures. Their clients range from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips and they advise on an array of domestic and international transactions. As a Corporate Solicitor practising at Associate level within this team, you will be advising on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A (public and private) but also with an opportunity to work on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions. The role would suit an experienced and ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking to work alongside some leading, L500 recognised experts in the field and take their career to the next level.
Ideal Candidate:
Corporate Law Solicitor with up to 5 years PQE or equivalent
You should have excellent communication skills
