Our client is a Legal 500 listed leading tier1 law firm and is looking to expand its litigation team with a Debt Recovery Solicitor.
Responsibilities of the Debt Recovery Solicitor
• Dealing with contentious defended det recovery matters
• Light commercial litigation including contract disputes
• Oversee and manage Paralegals supporting your work and maintain quality in their caseload of lease extensions
• Participate in marketing and networking activities to develop new work streams and expand existing ones Key Requirements of the Debt Recovery Solicitor
Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience in handling a similar caseload
• Knowledge of insolvency cases, including bankruptcy and winding-up processes, is advantageous
• Experience in taking enforcement action, including obtaining orders for sales, is advantageous Benefits to the Debt Recovery Solicitor
