This top Private Client team works on a full range of matters protecting and managing the affairs of those with mental incapacity. As a Court of Protection Partner you will combine strong technical legal experience, with excellent client relationship management and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will have built a successful career to date advising on the establishment and management of Court of Protection deputyships and trusts for both children and adults.
The successful candidate will:
Be a Senior Solicitor/Partner with significant experience in Court of Protection matters.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
Be able to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
Supervising and overseeing personal finances including working with IFAs and investment managers
Make regular payments to clients and keep accurate schedules of these payments
Liaising with case managers, medical professionals and specialists
