Audit Partner – top 6 Firm London, Birmingham, Manchester and Cardiff

A global and award-winning top Accountancy firm, based in the City of London, are looking to recruit multiple Audit Partners in London, Birmingham, Cardiff and Manchester office. Due to the significant uplift in the amount of work they have won and clients they have onboarded over the past two years.
As an Audit Partner you will play a key role in the growth of the audit department. You will manage a sizeable audit team, and work with a range of clients across various commercial sectors. Many of the clients are listed organisations (incorporating both FTSE and AIM listed organisations), so extensive experience of reporting under IFRS is essential.


Job Descriptions:
• Ensuring that all audit assignments comply with UK Accounting Standards
• Signing off all audits
• Presiding over final audit presentations and closing meetings with clients
• Setting appraisals and objectives with staff members
• Overseeing recruitment with an emphasis on senior hires
• Promoting other services lines within the firm and be responsible for business development and pitches
• Responsible for a broad portfolio of clients, including OMBs, AIM Listed organisations and PE backed firms
Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified with extensive experience of managing a diverse audit portfolio.
• Confident to represent the firm within new networks to secure new business.
• Previous leadership experience at a high level, with a positive attitude.
• Strategically minded in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
• Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.RI status is essential.
