Richmond Recruitment delighted to be supporting this highly prominent top 6 firm that are now keen to a CT Manager London and all across the UK office hybrid and flexible working for the Ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct work on varied portfolios of clients through a team of supervisors, seniors and trainees
- Manage client relationships
- Plan client work with technical competency in mind, ensuring that team members are appropriately matched to clients and that team members are provided with the right level of experience to aid their progression
- Assist the heads of department in the firm in putting in place departmental strategies, new initiatives and sharing technical knowledge with supervisors, seniors and trainees
- Take an active role in the overall development and progression of the team, yourself and BKL
Ideal Candidate:
- Tax qualified via academic qualification (CTA/ATT) or experience. However, we are open to different backgrounds including any Accounting qualifications.
- Experienced in working in a tax department.
- Able to communicate clearly with commercial skills, building a mutual understanding with clients about how BKL can support with their tax affairs and other related matters
- Able to prioritise tasks with resources in mind
- Able to support the team by applying strong interpersonal skills and intuition
- Forward-thinking and adaptable
