Our client is a Legal100 and tier1 firm and is looking to expand its litigation team with a Debt Recovery Solicitor.
Responsibilities of the Debt Recovery Solicitor
- Dealing with contentious defended det recovery matters
- Light commercial litigation including contract disputes
- Oversee and manage Paralegals supporting your work and maintain quality in their caseload of lease extensions
- Participate in marketing and networking activities to develop new work streams and expand existing ones Key Requirements of the Debt Recovery Solicitor
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experience in handling a similar caseload
- Knowledge of insolvency cases, including bankruptcy and winding-up processes, is advantageous
- Experience in taking enforcement action, including obtaining orders for sales, is advantageous Benefits to the Debt Recovery Solicitor
