Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities
- Deliver high-quality technical accounting and valuation services
- Drive departmental strategy and support business development initiatives
- Oversee team development, performance management, and resource planning
- Promote quality, innovation, and process efficiency across projects
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory changes
- Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
- Represent Azets in executive and external stakeholder engagements
Ideal Candidate:
- ACA, ACCA, CA qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in technical accounting leadership roles
- Strong client relationship management and advisory skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and develop teams
- Strategic mindset with commercial acumen
